Things to Do in Gurugram: A Weekend on Golf Course Road
Golf Course Road is one of Gurugram’s most connected and cosmopolitan corridors — and The Anya sits right at its heart, beside the Rapid Metro. A weekend here can be as relaxed or as lively as you like.
Because the hotel sits on the Golf Course Road corridor rather than out on the highway, most of what you would want to see over two days is a short drive away. Here is how a weekend tends to shape up for our guests.
Saturday morning: green space
Start early while the city is still quiet. Two of Gurugram’s best open spaces are close by:
- Leisure Valley Park — 5.8 km
- Aravalli Biodiversity Park — 6.3 km
Both are easy round trips before breakfast, which is served at Naya from 7:00 to 10:30 AM.
Saturday afternoon: shopping and city life
Gurugram’s retail and dining scene is concentrated a little further north:
- Ambience Mall, Gurgaon — 8.7 km
- DLF Cyber City, Gurugram — 7.5 km
- Iffco Chowk — 5.2 km
Sunday: a run into Delhi
If you have the day, the capital’s southern landmarks are within comfortable reach. Qutub Minar — the 12th-century minaret and UNESCO World Heritage Site — is 16.2 km away, and the Rapid Metro beside the hotel connects onward across Delhi NCR.
